Professional Experience
Dr. Long currently serves as Professor of Economics and Business at Indiana Tech and served as Associate Professor of Economics from 2013-2022. He also currently serves as chair of the Department of Quantitative Business Programs within the College of Business.
He previously served as the Acting Director of the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program during fall 2021 and as the Interim Director of the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program between June-December 2018; Chair of Graduate Studies within the College of Business from 2018-2021; faculty lead for the Department of Accounting, Financial Services, and Economics within the College of Business during spring 2018; and the Interim Dean of the College of Business between January-June 2017.
