Indiana Tech’s Associate of Science in Pre-Pharmacy is a two-year professional curriculum that provides the academic foundation needed for eventual admission to a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program and success in the study of pharmaceutical and health sciences. It is built on the experience of the Pharm Tech certificate, which is the starting point for this program.

Coursework prepares students to understand healthcare systems and the evolving role of pharmacists within interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Students also strengthen their communication, critical thinking and quantitative reasoning skills while gaining an appreciation for serving diverse patient populations with professionalism and respect.

Whether your goal is to continue into a PharmD program or pursue opportunities within the healthcare field, the Pre-Pharmacy associate degree provides a solid pathway toward a career dedicated to improving patient health and outcomes.
