Why I Teach

I understand that math can feel intimidating for many students, but I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve success. My goal is to show students that math is something everyone can do and that it plays a role in our daily lives. Success looks different for each student, and I strive to work with them individually, helping them adapt their learning style until they experience that “aha” moment when concepts finally click. I want students to understand that failure is a natural and important part of learning—it’s something to embrace, not shy away from. Strong math skills are not only essential for many academic disciplines but also critical for making informed financial decisions and navigating everyday situations. I’m excited to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
