Additional Information

Joe is active in the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), North American Society for Pediatric Exercise Medicine (NASPEM), and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Level 1 coach through USA Weightlifting.  He enjoys running, weight lifting, and spending time with his wife, Julie,  daughter, Adelynn, and son, Sawyer.
