Who we are

To be an effective leader today—one who can respond in real time to the challenges of the modern business environment—you need to be agile, influential and innovative.

That’s why Indiana Tech’s College of Business and created its Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship (CELE)—to develop leaders who will remain relevant and effective for years to come.

What We Offer

The CELE is a community-facing extension of the College of Business and a valuable resource for companies and business professionals within our region. We will partner with your organization to identify, customize and deliver programming that will address the specific skill needs of your employees. 

Non-credit-bearing programming is taught by our world-class faculty, who bring years of valuable industry experience into the classroom as well as a deep passion for preparing students for career success. Training can last as long as your organization needs and can be delivered at Indiana Tech or at your facility.
